This is actually a sort of tribute to Goldenwolf. I'll admit it: she, along with Kyoht, were the ones who originally inspired me back in 8th grade to take art more seriously and actually make it my destination - or journey, or whatever. And I'm sure she's been an inspiration to many, many of my peers as well. C'mon. Don't be shy.

So instead of just doing fan art of her character, I decided to do an original piece and try out her style and technique. This is my first colored pencil piece. As you can see, it's a tribal were, complete with wings, weaponry, and feathers inna hair I now have a lot more respect for how long these pieces actually take! I wanted to do something of my own, but I still consider this a nod to Gold.
